As you can see from our critique below, a copy of the most recent draft text of the UN Political Declaration on the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases was finally leaked to an international investigative news outlet.  To my knowledge, this is the first time since WHO published the Zero Draft in May that any of the three subsequent drafts were released to the public. 

World leaders ought to be transparent about plans they make to protect the health of people. 

You could help share your analysis of the current draft Political Declaration (accessible at this stable link) with your contacts at local or international news media with a view to strengthening the text and accountability measures to ensure the next five years are more health-protective than the past 14 years.
